Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members, own power panels, clipstrips, endcaps, and fulfillment tasks including BOPIS/OMNI support.

The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising execution, and strong customer engagement on the sales floor. You will work closely with store management to lead shifts, ensure safety and productivity, and maintain store standards, while possibly handling front-end and

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safe work practices.
• Assist with BOPIS/OMNI tasks and front-end activities.
• Operate POS and assist customers as needed.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
