Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and drive Legendary Service on the sales floor. The role focuses on owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed to meet store goals.

The Team Leader will be a top-selling Team Member with a focus on training, engagement, and operational readiness across assigned departments, while working a variety of shifts to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or strong customer-service background preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service through customer engagement and coaching of Team Members.
• Own and maintain Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as assigned.
• Lead Team Members during shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines as directed by Store or Sales Manager.
