Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members on the sales floor. The role focuses on owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience with supervisory ownership and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. This position emphasizes safety, customer engagement, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, customer handoff, and follow-up.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation and safety.
