The role emphasizes driving sales, maintaining Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps, with responsibility for clothing recovery and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

The Team Leader will model top selling behaviors, lead shifts, and ensure safe, productive operations while fostering a positive shopping experience for neighbors and teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service to customers.
• Coach Team Members and maintain high selling standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap accuracy and replenishment.
• Oversee weekly Clothing Department recovery and standards compliance.
• Assist BOPIS/OMNI processes including staging and handoffs.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with delegation and follow-up.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery and customer engagement routines.
