Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas. You will help drive top selling performance across Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI execution based on store needs.

The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, a focus on safety, and the ability to lead assigned Team Members during shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, with supervisory experience encouraged.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer engagement routines.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
