Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and oversee presentation areas like Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. The role includes BOPIS/OMNI support as needed and requires flexibility across shifts to meet store needs.

As a Team Leader, you will lead assigned Team Members during shifts, uphold safety and standards, and actively model selling behaviors in the top tier of store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and basic math abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Legendary Service and coach team members on selling and standards.
• Own power panel, clipstrips, endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and productivity.
• Maintain store readiness and assist with front-end and sales-floor routines.
• Operate POS, assist customers, and ensure accurate documentation.
