Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach team members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. The role focuses on Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

The Team Leader will be one of the top selling team members, lead assigned team members during shifts, and assist with front-end, sales-floor recovery, and customer engagement routines per store direction.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own execution of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and assist customers with loading purchases.
