Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas. You will drive Legendary Service and ensure power panels, clipstrips, endcaps, and clothing recovery maintain strong in-store presentation.

In this role you will lead shifts, model selling behaviors, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet operational and sales goals while ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for performance.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safety and adherence to policies.
