Meijer in Rolling Meadows, IL seeks an experienced retail leader to oversee daily store operations and coach team members toward service and sales goals. You will mentor staff, manage staffing needs, and uphold company standards while driving customer satisfaction and store performance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2–3 years of retail experience with a year in a supervisory role, strong communication, conflict resolution, and a focus on safety and training.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide direction.
• Experience resolving conflicts and leading teams.
