Formación

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clear directions to the team.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and identify root causes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use it to make decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members.
• Successful completion of required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Maintain store appearance and prime shopping hours.
• Promote customer service and sales goals.
• Ensure safe work environment and training.
• Handle P&L, shrink control and department metrics.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet Meijer standards.
• Train staff on all job aspects and required trainings.
• Communicate the Meijer Friendly Initiative in meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
