Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes career paths and development for team members; involved in promotion decisions.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and reducing shrink in the department.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet sales goals and maintain Meijer standards.
• Ensure thorough training and safety in all job aspects; spend most time in-store serving customers.
