Goodwill-Industries-of-the-Southern-Piedmont,-Inc in Marvin, SC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store and donation-center operations. You’ll support the Store Manager, supervise staff, drive sales, and ensure customer and donor satisfaction while upholding company standards.

The role includes starting pay of $20.95/hour, quarterly incentive pay up to $1,000+, annual merit increases and production bonuses, plus full-time benefits, tuition reimbursement, and career development

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Willingness to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and engage with customers and donors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store activities to ensure strong sales and production performance.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
• Train and develop staff in alignment with company standards.
• Review and verify daily sales reports, deposits, and financial procedures.
• Coordinate product flow and shipments to meet sales goals.
• Open and close the store, manage deposits, and secure the building.
• Provide excellent customer and donor service, including resolving complaints.
• Supervise the processing of donated goods to ensure quality and sales readiness.
• Organize and rotate merchandise by category and color.
• Encourage team motivation through communication and feedback.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to store leadership.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
