Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes top selling performance and Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Ideal candidates will have retail or farming knowledge, supervisory experience, and a willingness to lead and develop others while maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
