Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. You will help drive BOPIS/OMNI support and strive to be one of the top selling Team Members in the store.

The role emphasizes coaching, customer engagement, safe work practices, and collaboration with store leadership to deliver exceptional service and a well-presented store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold a safe, productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviours.
• Own execution of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.
