Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience; must complete Assistant Manager Training.
• Preferred 1-2 years in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Service behaviors and coach team to greet guests warmly.
• Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching and promoting engagement.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve promotions, sales goals, and controls.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, coffee station, food service area and bathrooms.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate stock and ensure 100% in-stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
