Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels at the showroom, including team execution of programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist the store manager with staffing during peak hours and setting team member goals, coaching, and training.
• Assist in hiring processes, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per company policy and that all orders and transfers are processed efficiently.
• Oversee returns and exchanges and ensure accurate refunds and proper merchandise handling.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team compliance with policies, schedules, clock-ins/outs, and store opening/closing duties.
• Assist in maintaining store facilities and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
