Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Everett, MA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead sales, service, and overall store operations. You will direct a team to deliver prompt, courteous, and professional customer care while driving profitable growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes staffing, pricing, inventory control, and maintaining the store image in line with company policies. Strong automotive knowledge and leadership experience are essential; Spanish is a plus for

Qualifications

• Prior sales leadership or assistant manager experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by directing team to provide prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders, sell products, and represent the company per policies.
• Maintain customer base and increase sales volume at accounts.
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Manager on calls and pricing.
• Supervise store team, recruit and evaluate staff with the District Manager.
• Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasts.
• Review timecards and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure adherence to training, policies, and safety standards.
• Assist pricing with professional customers and maximize gross profit.
• Monitor price overrides and discounts for policy compliance.
• Ensure store is organized per policies and communicates updates.
• Report facility needs and participate in annual managers conference.
• All other duties as assigned.
