Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Leader in Westfield, IN to support the Store Leader and management team in achieving annual operating plan goals.

The role focuses on customer service, staff coaching, recruitment assistance, and day-to-day operations while upholding Goodwill’s mission and values. The successful candidate will drive staff development, oversee operations, and help manage donations and sales with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Coaching and training hourly employees on daily tasks.
• Participates in hourly associate recruitment including pre-screening and interviewing.

• Oversees day-to-day operations and suggests efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader and management team to execute store goals.
• Makes judgments involving customers, staff, and operations to support the operating plan.
• Trains hourly staff and supports recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Tracks day-to-day sales and donations and supports financial stewardship.
