Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Junction City, KS is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and drive Legendary Service. The role focuses on coaching Team Members, maintaining Power Panels, Clipstrips and Endcaps, and overseeing clothing recovery and BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

You will lead assigned Team Members on shifts, ensure safe operations, and promote strong selling behaviors while adhering to store standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience reading, writing and counting accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
