Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and manage key merchandising areas. This role focuses on delivering Legendary Service and owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

In this position you will lead assigned Team Members during shifts, ensure accurate signing and replenishment, and help maintain safe, productive store operations while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting skills required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery efforts.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and ensure safety.
• Operate store equipment and assist customers at the register.
