Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, coach Team Members, and drive Legendary Service. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support to optimize in-store presentation and sales.

You will lead shifts, train staff, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with Store Manager or Sales Manager to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred or related farming/pet knowledge.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma preferred, reading/writing/counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviours.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI processes and front-end/store recovery as assigned.
• Lead team members during shifts and ensure safety and compliance.
