Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service while coaching Team Members on selling and operating standards. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

You will lead assigned Team Members during shifts, ensure safety, training, and adherence to store policies, and help maintain a high standard of customer engagement and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is strongly preferred and supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing, and counting ability essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching for customer engagement and selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
