Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Kansas seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key on-floor areas. You’ll manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI tasks while leading shifts and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have retail experience with supervisory exposure, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to train and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, supervisory experience desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members through engagement and accountability.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking and staging.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
