Loop Neighborhood Market, part of West Coast Convenience, is hiring a Team Leader to guide store performance, operations, and customer experience in our California locations.

You will lead a team, optimize schedules, protect assets, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment while driving sales and profitability. This hands-on role requires 9–12 months of retail leadership, flexibility for nights/weekends, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage labor costs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team.
