Loop Neighborhood Market in California seeks a Team Leader to guide store operations and guest experience. You will lead a hands-on team, nurture a strong culture, and ensure daily performance across departments.

You will drive sales, manage inventory and labor, uphold safety standards, and deliver a high-quality, welcoming environment for customers. This role requires 9–12 months retail leadership experience and a commitment to our fast-paced, results-driven store.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9-12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or a similar fast-paced environment, or equivalent education and experience
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Motivated to contribute to a performance-driven team
• Must be 21+ years of age
