You will drive sales and profitability, manage inventory and expenses, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The position requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a customer-first mindset to uphold our core values daily.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or similar fast-paced environments, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses and inventory.
