Loop Neighborhood Market in California is seeking a Team Leader to directly oversee daily store operations, supervise a diverse team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will be trained on the in-store retail information system, inventory management, and ordering technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will forecast demand, stock products, manage schedules, and rebalance inventory while upholding core values like People, Teamwork, and Safety.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–9 months’ experience in an assistant/manager role or equivalent.
• Strong math and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Train and coach staff, manage performance and staffing needs.
• Create schedules and track time; ensure accurate store paperwork reconciliation.
• Forecast, order, and control inventory; manage merchandising and expenses.
• Lead courteous customer service and troubleshoot car wash and pump issues.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and budgets.
