The role leads a fast-paced store, focuses on hiring, training, scheduling, and achieving profitability while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. Applicants should be 21+ with retail leadership potential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9-12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or a similar fast-paced environment, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team.

• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness.
