Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry.
• Experience coaching a customer-centric, solutions-based team.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Coach and train team through coaching, training, and role-play.
• Attain sales and service goals and manage store operations and margins.
