Job summary

The North Face in Tucson is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach associates, monitor sales performance, and ensure store standards across merchandising, operations, and safety.

You will also oversee opening/closing procedures, stockroom tasks, and training for new hires, while maintaining visual merchandising and inventory integrity. Previous retail leadership and a high school diploma are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the store's leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure store standards and merchandising.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
