Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and drive exceptional service.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and mentor teammates for productivity and engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory, and timely product flow to floor.
• Ensure safety, policies, and inclusive store culture are followed.
