Job summary

The North Face in Portland, OR is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store leadership team, coach associates, and drive best‑in‑class customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, maintain visual standards, oversee stockroom operations, onboarding, and daily store procedures, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and coach Associates.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Oversee stockroom operations and inventory flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenishment.
• Promote a positive, inclusive store environment.
