Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store floor, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across Wrangler, Lee and Helly Hansen brands.

You will open and close the store, coach the team on engagement, loyalty, and operations while upholding store standards and policies. Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Clear and respectful communication with customers and team members

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and open/close the store
• Coach team on customer engagement, loyalty, and operations
• Ensure store standards, policies, and visual merchandising are followed
• Manage daily store operations, POS integrity, and safety initiatives
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, scheduling, and payroll processing
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Support loss prevention and achieve district goals
