Kontoor Brands seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, open/close duties, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide the sales floor, coach staff on engagement and loyalty, and ensure standards and policies are executed consistently across the shop.

You will partner with the Store Manager, manage opening/closing tasks, and help drive sales performance while maintaining compliance with safety and loss prevention measures.

Formación

• Retail or customer-facing experience helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Customer engagement and loyalty focus.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store on assigned shifts.
• Lead the sales floor and coach team members on customer engagement.
• Ensure store standards, processes and policies are followed.
• Manage daily store operations, POS integrity, freight, loss prevention and safety initiatives.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, scheduling and payroll processing.
• Build relationships with peers and other stores to share best practices.
• Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
