Kontoor Brands is hiring a Part Time Sales Lead to open/close the store, engage customers, and drive sales. You will support the Store Manager with merchandising and day-to-day operations, while delivering exceptional service and building brand loyalty.

You’ll learn product features, assist in fitting rooms, and promote the rewards program. Prior retail-facing experience helps, and a flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, assist customers, and support sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and suggest products.
