Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a store associate/shift supervisor in Greensboro, NC to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences for Wrangler and Lee brands.

You will act as manager on duty when needed, greet customers, guide fitting room visits, and ensure visual standards while supporting loss prevention and daily operations. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for our brand, with a pathway to develop leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Proven ability to multi‑task.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Follows direction of store management team to maximize store sales and achieve store sales goals.
• Supports an environment of productivity by leading the customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Acts as manager on duty (MOD) when the only member of management in the store.
• Ensures excellence in customer service in the store by modeling brand‑specific service standards, as well as addressing customer concerns quickly when acting as MOD.
• Greets each customer and actively engages customers on the sales floor by asking open‑ended questions.
• Assists customers in the fitting room and suggests best products for customers’ needs.
