The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or 2–4 years in store management, with strong leadership and communication skills, plus availability for a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, customer service and planning abilities.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; travel up to 15% if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store partners to deliver exceptional service and sales results.
• Coaching and performance feedback with on-floor presence during peak hours.
• Oversee staffing, training, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on schedules, hiring, and operational directives.
• Drive local community outreach and events to promote sales growth.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising standards, inventory, and loss prevention.
