Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Full-time Key Holder in North Charleston, SC to lead in-store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll work with the leadership team to drive sales, develop partners, and maintain merchandising standards.

The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and achieving store goals while adhering to company policies and procedures. A strong retail background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization.
• Available for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to work extended hours.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, and data capture rates).
• Be informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain company merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales set up, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
