Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own and maintain power panels, clipstrips, endcaps, and clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI as needed.

In this role you will lead shifts, ensure safe operations, and drive sales by modeling top selling behaviors and training peers. This is a full-time, on-site position in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members for excellent customer engagement.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip and Endcap execution, maintenance and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support store recovery and contribute to BOPIS/OMNI processes as assigned.
