Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Store Team Leader at our new Zionsville location. You will support the Store Leader and management team to execute store goals, coach hourly staff, and uphold Goodwill’s Mission, Vision, and Values in daily customer interactions and operations.

You will manage staff development, optimize daily tasks, monitor donations and sales, and ensure ethical, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff to execute annual operating plans.
• Assist with recruiting, pre-screening, and interviewing hourly candidates.
• Represent Goodwill's Mission, Vision, and Values to customers and staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations and seek efficiency improvements.
• Track daily sales, donations, and production metrics.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and ethical store operations.
