Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader and management team in achieving store goals. You will coach hourly staff, participate in recruitment, and lead daily operations with attention to efficiency and customer service.

You will also be responsible for resource stewardship, reporting on sales and donations, and upholding Goodwill's mission and values. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on quality customer experiences.
