Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and maintain sales-floor presentation areas. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI operations and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, supervisory skills, and a valid driver's license. Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and overtime is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead by example in customer engagement.
• Use coaching routines to develop Team Members and reinforce selling standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Own Clothing department recovery and signing.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure service expectations are met.
• Assist with front-end and recovery routines as directed by Store or Sales Manager.
