Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. This role includes Owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

In the updated model, Team Leaders are top-selling Team Members with responsibility for BOPIS/OMNI support, store recovery, and leading shifts while maintaining safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming/pet knowledge preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, customer handoff, and follow-up.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
