You will supervise daily activities, drive customer service excellence, and collaborate with regional leadership to execute plans on sales, labor, and promotions. The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong merchandising and problem-solving skills, and a track record of training and delegating

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in a Leadership role in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality or related industries.
• High performing Manager/Team Leader or equivalent leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• The ability to successfully drive results; supporting TMs and TLs to achieve high standards.
• Well-rounded knowledge of merchandising/retailing expectations.
• Critical thinking with creative problem solving.
• Excellent judgment and decision making.
• Strong communicator; precise, clear and enthusiastic.
• Ability to train and inspire excellence.
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Well organized with strong follow-through.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.
• High integrity and transparency.
• Solid understanding of WFM policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains understanding of store operations and merchandising processes.
• Oversees merchandising, marketing, quality assurance, training, and communications.
• Supervises daily operations and provides feedback on plan execution including sales, margin, labor, merchandising, training, sanitation, marketing and promotions.
• Drives decision-making through understanding of operations and differentiation strategies.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains community relations.
• Analyzes and completes financial reports.
• Builds relationships with store and regional leadership.
• Shows understanding of interrelationships between WFM departments and operations.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align priorities and share insights with leadership.
• Ensures knowledge of Employment Law, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Weights & Measures.
• Communicates WFM Core Values and leadership principles.
• Supports product knowledge of Good Organics, Whole Trade, etc.
