Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in retail/culinary/hospitality.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with email, MS Office, and operations software.
• High integrity and ability to train others.
• Understand store operations, merchandising and marketing.
• Ability to supervise and provide feedback to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintains understanding of store operations and merchandising processes.
• Oversees merchandising, marketing, quality assurance, training, and communications.
• Supervises daily operations and provides feedback on plan execution.
• Drives decision-making and focus through operational knowledge.
• Drives exceptional customer service and maintains community relations.
• Analyzes financial reports and collaborates with leadership.
• Builds relationships with store and regional leadership.
• Ensures alignment with WFM policies, safety, and weights & measures.
• Communicates and leads upon WFM Core Values and leadership principles.
