Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a strong leader to guide store operations and teams. You will oversee merchandising, marketing, QA, training and communications while driving customer service, financial reporting and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail or hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to train and inspire others. A focus on policy compliance and values in action will be essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team in retail/culinary/hospitality.
• Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to drive results and support team members to high standards.
• Strong merchandising/retailing knowledge and execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintains thorough understanding of store operations and merchandising processes.
• Oversees programs across merchandising, marketing, QA, training and communications.
• Supervises daily operations and provides feedback on execution, margins, labor and promotions.
• Drives decisions with knowledge of operations and differentiation strategies.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and strengthens community relations.
• Analyzes and compiles financial reports.
• Builds relationships with store and regional leadership.
• Understands interdepartmental relationships and priorities.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align priorities and share insights with leadership.
• Ensures knowledge of Employment Law, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Weights & Measures.
• Communicates and upholds WFM Core Values and leadership principles.
• Know and support our Values in Action and product knowledge (Good Organics, Whole Trade).
