Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a proven leader to oversee store operations and merchandising strategies. You will manage daily activities, coach teams, and drive results across sales, labor, and promotions while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will maintain strong relationships with store leaders and ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment laws. A strong focus on training, integrity, and collaborative leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in a Leadership role in Retail/Culinary/Hospitality or related industries.
• High performing Manager/Team Leader or equivalent leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to drive results; support TMs and TLs to achieve high standards.
• Solid understanding of merchandising/retailing expectations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire excellence.
• Ability to train and inspire excellence.
• Ability to delegate effectively.
• Well organized with excellent follow-through.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and work-related applications.
• High integrity and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough understanding of store operations and merchandising processes.
• Oversees programs and initiatives including merchandising, marketing, quality assurance, training, and communications.
• Supervises daily operations and provides feedback to store leaders/teams on retail plan execution.
• Drives decision-making and team focus through understanding of operations and differentiation strategies.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains community relations.
• Analyzes and completes necessary financial reports.
• Builds strong relationships with store and regional leadership.
• Demonstrates understanding of interdepartmental relationships and priorities.
• Ensures insights are shared with leadership decision-makers.
• Ensures compliance with Employment Law, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene.
• Communicates and upholds WFM Core Values and Leadership Principles.
