Job summary

Nike Factory Store Dawsonville in Dawsonville, GA is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service. You are the face of NIKE and will guide customers to find the right products, while maintaining store standards.

You will work 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and be part of a dynamic team focused on customer experience and achievement of store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs.
