Job summary

Royal Farms in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily store operations on shift and act as the Person in Charge in the absence of a senior manager. You will drive customer service, product availability, safety, and sales while coaching the team and ensuring policies are followed.

You'll oversee shift tasks, handle POS and cash controls, train staff, uphold food safety standards, and maintain store appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Ability to work second/third shift, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and lead store operations.
