Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, with preference for store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Be a positive team culture ambassador, sharing ideas and feedback with the team.
• Assist in all store departments: POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals and stockroom operations.
• Lead on the sales floor and partner with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities: delegate tasks, monitor progress, ensure follow-ups and maintain high service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives for Crocs and HEYDUDE.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
